Why has my request been denied?

Not all requests are sent to suppliers. Some are "denied" and show up in your account as "denied".

There are various reasons this can happen, for instance:

  • The request contains requests for services we don't supply.

  • Our system has detected that the request is a duplicate.

  • There are other issues with the request
