How many quotes will I receive?

There's no limit on the number of quotes you can receive.

Once your request goes live, any available suppliers who match your requirements can submit a quote. So, the more specific your request, the more relevant the responses you'll get.

The number of quotes you receive will depend on your event details, location, and the availability of suppliers in your area. Most organisers receive several quotes, giving you plenty of options to compare.

How to stop receiving quotes

If you've received all the quotes you need, you can close your request at any time.

Simply follow these instructions:

  • Log into your account and click on My Requests in the main menu

  • Click into the request you'd like to close

  • Press Manage Requests in the top right hand corner

  • Then press Cancel Service Request

You'll also be given the option to stop receiving new quotes automatically when you choose a supplier, so you stay in control throughout.

Managing your quotes

All your quotes are saved in your account under My Quotes, so you can revisit them at any time.

If you'd like to go ahead, make sure you press Choose Supplier, this prevents you from receiving any more quotes and means that you'll be able to leave the supplier a review after the event date has passed.

You can also decline quotes you're not interested in to keep your inbox tidy, and suppliers are notified when you've made a decision.
