If you don't respond (either by replying to the supplier or archiving their quote) we'll send you a series of follow-up emails reminding you to reply. This is because suppliers will hold days in their diary for your event after they've quoted, so it's important you respond to them as quickly as you can.
Therefore, responding to a quote with a quick message or declining it if you're not interested is the easiest way to prevent multiple email follow ups.
We don't expect you to make an immediate decision about every quote you receive, we know event planning can take time, but it's worth sending a quick reply to acknowledge the quote and just let them know you're still considering your options or that you've decided not to proceed. Either way, this prevents further follow-up emails.
