You’ll get an email when you receive a new quote. If you don’t respond to the quote by replying the supplier or archiving their quote, you’ll get two follow-up emails to remind you to do so.

Of course, we don’t expect you to make an immediate decision about the supplier - but as they will be waiting for your response, it’s a good idea acknowledge their message and let them know you’re considering them.
