How do I cancel my request?

Your request remains active for seven days after you have submitted it. In this time you will continue to receive quotes.

If you want to stop receiving quotes on your request, you can do this by cancelling your request at any time.

Cancelling your request because you're no longer interested in new quotes

You can cancel your request within the seven days by:

  1. Login to your Add to Event account

  2. Open the main menu and select My Requests

  3. Find the active request that you'd like to edit and press View Request

  4. Click Manage Request in the top banner (on desktop) or the "..." menu on mobile

And like this on mobile:

5. Press Cancel Service Request

Please note: Cancelling your request will not cancel the quotes in your request. Please decline the quotes separately to let the suppliers know if you're no longer interested.

Cancelling your request because the event details have changed

If you'd like to cancel your request because some of the details of your event have changed, you may be able to edit your existing request instead of cancelling it and creating a new one!
